ABOUT THE ROLE

Fixed-term full-time contract until 30 September 2024, followed by the possibility of part-time until 17 March 2025. Casual relieving positions available. Newly upgraded main office and various MCH sites across South Gippsland Shire. Flexible arrangements available including job share.

A rewarding opportunity exists for experienced Maternal and Child Health Nurses to provide a Universal Program of child-centred, and family-focused support services within our community. This role offers a number of opportunities to cover a parental leave vacancy through to 17 March 2025.

Support our community in a positive work environment that promotes peer support and supervision, offers professional development, encourages innovation, and is committed to delivering flexible, quality services. 

While working full time commencing from 27 May until 30 September 2024, the role will be broken into 0.6 FTE in Enhanced and 0.4 in Universal.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role you will have:

AHPRA registration as a division one nurse and midwife and hold an accredited postgraduate degree in Maternal and Child Health Nursing. Experience in Maternal and Child Health and a good understanding of family dynamics and needs of families with young children. A current Victorian Driver’s Licence. CDIS Software knowledge desirable.
