When William James Prouds opened his first Prouds store in Pitt St Sydney in 1903, never did he imagine that one day Prouds The Jewellers would become the largest and most trusted jewellery chain in Australia. We are looking for energetic team players who have a keen interest in joining our Company in the lead up to and during the holiday season as fixed term Christmas Casual Sales Professionals. Are you keen to help our customers celebrate life’s special occasions by treating themselves or someone special with a gift that sparkles this Christmas?

We are looking for team players that:

  • Can provide genuine customer service experiences to our customers.
  • Are results oriented and love selling.
  • Have an ability to work productively in a fast-paced retail environment, both on their own and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate good attention to detail and show an ability to help with replenishing and merchandising stock, ensuring displays are re-freshed.
  • Can work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours and public holidays, including Boxing Day 2024.

 What you will be doing:

  • Offering professional and personalised service for our customers to find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires, at the busiest time of the year.
  • Completing in-house training to gain product knowledge, sales skills and a sound understanding of our policies & procedures.
  • Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, managing customer repairs, merchandising and general housekeeping.
