Disability Support Worker - Brisbane and surrounds

If so, we are looking for people just like you to work within Brisbane and surrounding areas. We have a variety of shifts throughout the day, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and sleepover shifts for you to choose from.

About the role:

  • Provide in-home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry & ironing
  • Providing care in accordance with their care plan and working towards individualised goals.
  • Supporting with transportation and community access.
  • Administering medication and health management.
  • Manual handling, including the use of mobile and ceiling hoists.

    What you'll need:

  • Blue card (working with children check)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow card)
  • First Aid & CPR Cert
  • Reliable transport
  • Fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and Influenza vaccination
  • Valid Rights to work in Australia
  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Mental Health, Aged Care, Community Services, Disability Work or similar (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of ACFI would be advantageous
