The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Workplace Analyst to join our team in a permanent, full-time position. As a Digital Workplace Analyst you will deliver superior customer service, identify and analyse issues, and collaborate with other teams to implement new technologies.


Day to day you'll be responsible for:

Delivering superior customer service with positive outcomes for end-users. Identifying, investigating and resolving issues via various channels; collaborating for timely solutions. Implementing and enhancing technologies with other teams. Adhering to service levels and company policies; managing work queues with ticketing software. Overseeing IT projects, monitoring systems, and managing hardware inventory. Building, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment; securing desktop and mobile devices (Intune). Communicating with third-party companies regarding warranties and products. Documenting IT procedures and troubleshooting steps. Supporting video conferencing, Microsoft 365, and other IT technologies. Troubleshooting local networks (network floor switches, WAP, patching, UPS) and understanding networking concept (TCP/IP, VPN, Routing, DNS)

To be successful in this position you will have:

Minimum 2+ years' experience in a Level 1 IT support role. Degree/ Diploma qualified in information technology (or related field). Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills with Windows 10/11, Office 365, Intune, Group Policies, Autopilot and Video conferencing solution. Competent in the following technologies: Active Directory, AAD, Exchange, MS Office Suite, Citrix, Anti-virus, Network protocols, SCCM, and Nexthink. Extremely focussed team player with exceptional customer service. Excellent personal communication skills with the ability to communicate on a non-technical level. Strong troubleshooting skills with ownership of incidents, including prioritization, escalation, and ticket handling. Good technical and troubleshooting knowledge of laptops, desktops, printers, routers, mobile phones, and network equipment. Ability to prioritise and negotiate deadlines. Highly organised and uses initiative, with aptitude to handle difficult situations. Knowledge of industry best practices related to IT/Facilities operations and management, such as ITIL, ISO27001.
