Duties

  • Great working conditions in a busy modern service centre helping to keep the warehouse organised
  • Managing receipt and dispatch of goods
  • General store duties
  • Stocktake and inventory control as required
  • Stable employment background 
  • Receipting parts and consumables
  • Code and put into the system
  • Arrange for part couriers to deliver and pick-ups
  • Ordering of consumables and generic parts
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the storeroom
  • Maintaining stock control systems
  • Regular stock takes
  • Managing the testing and tagging of workshop equipment.  

Skills and experience

  • Hard worker
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience – ideally someone who has been in a similar role in a repair workshop
  • Truck license 
  • Heavy automotive background ideal
  • Training provided
  • Someone willing to think outside the box
  • Team player willing to help colleagues
