As our HSEQ Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our mission to prioritise health, safety, environment, and quality in everything we do. Reporting directly to the Head of HSEQ, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our team through administrative processes, reporting mechanisms, training initiatives, and more.

Your Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to our HSEQ team. Coordinate HSEQ reports to ensure accessibility for all stakeholders. Assisting in the pre-qualification and management of contractors. Support return-to-work processes and assist with training initiatives. Help develop, maintain, and implement HSEQ systems and procedures. Promote awareness of HSEQ requirements throughout the organisation. Participate in risk identification, incident reporting, and compliance activities. Assist with internal auditing programmes and document control processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise our business operations.

Your Qualifications

Passion for safety, health, environment, and quality initiatives. A Cert IV in HSE or 3 years relevant work experience in the HSEQ field. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
