All About The Role

To provide administrative support to the operation of the Queensland Distribution Centre. Carry out administrative duties as directed with direct responsibility for the management of Consumer Replacement Authorities, Pro-rata Replacement Authorities and Retailer generated ARP’s including collection, processing, maintenance, record keeping and reporting. Assist as required with Branch Administration, and Inventory Control, active involvement

In site safety Hazard reporting site inspections.

What You’ll Do

Carry out administrative duties as directed the ARP Clerk will administer Consumer Replacement Authorities, Pro-rata Replacement Authorities and Retailer generated ARP’s including collection, processing, maintenance, record keeping and reporting.

Qualification:

Have strong communications skills and record keeping skills with attention to detail

Can work autonomous

Can work effectively in a team environment

Good knowledge of access associated systems.

Have a willingness to assist in all areas when required.

Good phone manner.

Have a passion for customer service.

Location:

You will be based at the Hemmant Office.
