Job Description

• Create memorable guest experiences in a luxury 5-star hotel
• Use your excellent communication skills to liaise with the housekeeping coordinator, ensuring all guest requests completed
• Keep a well-stocked inventory of all amenities and housekeeping equipment
• Let your teamwork capabilities shine, supporting the housekeeping team to resolve all guest requests with efficiency and to a 5-star luxury service standard
• Work together with the housekeeping team to ensure a high-standard of cleanliness in all guest rooms and housekeeping areas  
• Showcase your exceptional organisation skills, ensuring all housekeeping supplies are available as needed

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:

• Experience as a house-person or housekeeper with inventory responsibilities (preferably in a luxury hotel environment)
• Physical fitness is essential as this is an active role 
• Able to comfortably lift 10kg 
• Safe manual handling training & experience
• Exceptional attention to detail

• Commitment to delivering a 5-star service to guests 
• Organisation and Efficient time management skills
