THE OPPORTUNITY

CSR has an opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Operations Manager and lead our Mawson Lakes DC and associated warehouse and freight operations. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, driving operational excellence, and fostering a high-performing team culture. About the role:

  • Lead Mawson Lakes DC and associated warehouse and freight operations, managing a team of 3 Direct Reports and 10 Indirect Reports.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service delivery.
  • Lead the implementation of operational excellence initiatives.
  • Develop and empower team members to maximize performance.
  • Enhance safety standards across all operations.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to achieve financial targets.
  • Drive change initiatives to align with strategic objectives.

About you:

  • Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively.
