About the Role:
Our client is a global leader within the Property industry who are looking for HSE professional to come on board and lead the HSE function across a national portfolio of Property. This role involves partnering with key internal and external stakeholders to provide expert HSE advice, ensuring the successful implementation of robust HSE management systems and procedures.
  
Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive HSE support to the Property Management business.
  • Offer expert advice, education, and support, driving positive HSE outcomes and fostering a culture of safety.
  • Lead the implementation of initiatives and projects aimed at managing health and safety risks within the business.
  • Coordinate incident reporting, investigation, regulatory compliance, and Return to Work (RTW) processes.
  • Assist in audit preparation and execution, ensuring compliance with internal and third-party standards.
  • Deliver HSE training across the business to enhance awareness and compliance.

 
Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HSE or related role, ideally within a large corporate environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in interpreting data and key performance metrics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Qualifications such as AS/NZS 4801, Safety Map Auditor, RTW Coordinator, or iCAM/Tap Root investigation certification are advantageous.
