About this role:

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, including sales performance, staff management, and customer engagement. You will lead by example, driving sales and delivering a memorable shopping experience for the customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & inspire a team to achieve sales targets by providing excellent customer service
  • Manage all day-to-day store operations
  • Effectively manage inventory and maintain visual merchandise standards
  • Provide ongoing training and development with the team

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Retail management experience a must in a premium environment, preberably jewellery experience.
  • Proven ability to lead & motivate a team to achieve sales targets
  • A customer centric approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organisation and time-management skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
