The role: ACH Group has a position available for a Physiotherapist to join our passionate Health Services team. Come and join a supportive team environment based at our Gilles Plains office. Work alongside other Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Personal Trainers, Allied Health Assistants and many other health professionals to help our customers maximise their function and live 'Good Lives'. Considering candidates for Permanent Part-Time (0.6 FTE) or Full-Time fixed term contract positions. 

What you'll do:

• Providing clinical assessment and therapeutic interventions across a broad range of individual and multiple complex conditions including musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiorespiratory and rehabilitation.
• Work with the multidisciplinary team to drive our reablement program and promote an active ageing approach
• Support the development and promotion of new services
• Achieve program relevant KPI's
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including family members, Support Workers and Allied Health professionals to support customers to achieve their goals.
• Support quality and continuous improvement activities to assist in the achievement of strategic business goals.

About you

You are a confident and talented Physiotherapist. You want to make the most of your expertise, do what you do best and thrive on the challenge of providing our customers with quality care. 

• Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
• A passion for enhancing the health and wellness of customers through holistic assessment and provision of services
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Effective interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate computer skills (online booking and clinical document system, ability to use all Microsoft suite)
• Current drivers' licence
• A registered and insured motor vehicle with minimum third-party property damage insurance
• Experience in aged care work and providing supervision desirable

You will need:

• A satisfactory police clearance less than 12 months old before commencement.
