A newly created opportunity exists with one of my favourite clients.

Bapcor Automotive is a leading provider of automotive aftermarket parts, accessories, equipment, and services in Australia. They are focused on centralising rebates across their entire group by establishing a central rebates team and implementing a new end-to-end rebate system solution.

Your Role: As the Group Rebates Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our centralised rebate management function. This newly created position is key to our transformation towards a centralised rebate model. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing data, collecting rebates, and performing reconciliations and data validations.
  • Partnering with business units to support month-end processes.
  • Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our rebate management.

Qualifications:

  • CA/CPA preferred.
  • 3+ years in a similar role.
  • Experience in procurement and rebate management.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Skills:

  • High energy, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
