We are currently seeking a candidate to fill a Warehouse Afternoon Shift Supervisor position for one of our well known clients located in Dandenong 3175. For this role you will have the following experience to manage pick packing and assembling, Quality Assurance, Computer literacy, Microsoft office excel and outlook, SAP/WMS experience and possess Leadership and Operations experience. You must be available to work Wednesday to Friday Afternoon shift and have a minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role.

About the Role

-Wednesday to Friday 1pm to 9pm and potential Saturday shift 8am to 2pm

-Team leading / Leadership experience

- Experience with Microsoft Office - Email and Excel to understand orders, print labels and pick sheets

- Daily Operations experience 

- SAP / WMS Experience

- Analytical and Decision making knowledge

- Ability to manage Pick pack and assembling 

- Forklift license desirable

Successful applicants require:

• Knowledge of transport & warehouse systems

• Understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable systems and reporting

• High attention to detail with some analytical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Pro-active approach to solving problems/issues

• Quick learner and desire to continue learning

• Reliability a must

• Flexible approach to tasks.

• Excellent time management skills and able to work to timelines

• Ability to work independently
