THE OPPORTUNITY

West Coast Sheet Metal is looking for a bright and talented individual who has a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude. This is a great opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our Operations team in Forrestdale to provide a wide range of reception, administrative and office support to facilitate the efficient operation of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

First point of contact for all visitors, clients and customers General administrative tasks including but not limited to; photocopying, printing, filing/document management, data entry and maintaining systems and databases Processing of invoices and providing backing to bookkeeper Prepare and organise general correspondence, quotes, orders and responding to emails Assist with scheduling of projects, jobs and deliveries Building and maintaining existing relationships with internal and external customers

ABOUT YOU

A passion to deliver outstanding customer service Proven experience in a similar role Well-developed communication and negotiation skills Ability to prioritise, plan and organise workload to meet tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and accuracy with proven problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to a changing and fast paced work environment and learn new skills quickly Possess exceptional computer literacy and proficient with MS Office suite
