Role Overview:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying and attracting top candidates to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Your expertise will help shape our workforce and drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and select top candidates for various positions within the organisation.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with all our managers and coordinator across Queensland and New South Wales to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into their roles, including assisting with orientation and the onsite experience
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and labour market conditions to advise on best practices and competitive strategies to attract and retain staff
  • Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to enhance our employer brand.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes align with the AQ way and the relevant regulations

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. Proven experience in onboarding is essential.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, talent sourcing, and onboarding processes.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
