The Role:

As our Sales Support Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our Sales and Marketing team, providing crucial support to ensure seamless operations and maximum efficiency. You'll be the orchestrator of all things sales-related, from assisting with client communications and coordinating sales and bid activities to facilitating smooth collaboration between teams and departments. Your keen attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills will be the driving force behind our sales success.

More importantly, we see this as a development role which could launch your future career into Business Development and / or Marketing. Our ideal candidate is driven and motivated but also wants to learn their craft.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders both inside and outside the Sales & Marketing team to help Programmed achieve its customer and growth objectives.
  • Help maintain sales database and CRM system.
  • Support the Sales team with activities and initiatives; including preparation of top quality and engaging sales collateral.
  • Support research activities giving you insight into the future at Programmed.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to team members.
  • Undertaking special projects and assignments as directed.

About You:

To excel in this role, you will have proven experience in sales support, coordination, or administration. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities. A proactive mindset with a passion for driving results and exceeding expectations.

Additionally, the following would be beneficial:
