About the Role

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate, motivated, and experienced Service Manager to join the Toyota team in Warwick Farm. To thrive in this role, you will be a natural leader who embraces challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the service team to maximise and sustain growth opportunities while ensuring efficient and profitable departmental operations. Take ownership of the performance and daily activities of the Service department. Achieve all internal KPIs and manufacturer targets, including customer satisfaction. Drive the service team to attain the highest possible productivity, ensuring all work is completed and quality-checked to the highest standards. Ensure the service team utilises management systems and tools to maximise opportunities. Collaborate closely with all departments within the business. Maintain a high standard of WHS compliance. Manage the service department’s profit and loss trends to increase sales and minimise expenses.

What we are looking for:

Previous experience as a Service Manager or 2IC within the automotive industry. Exceptional people management and leadership skills are essential. Comprehensive understanding of workshop processes and procedures. Strong customer service focus with a "fix it right the first time" attitude. Outstanding problem-solving abilities. Capacity to meet deadlines and targets while working under pressure. Proficient computer skills with a solid working knowledge of automotive DMS. Current NSW Driver’s Licence is required. Management qualifications are desirable but not mandatory.
