As a Spa Therapist, you'll be part of a dynamic and passionate team dedicated to delivering world-class spa services. Your role will involve creating a tranquil and nurturing environment, tailoring treatments to meet each guest's individual needs, and ensuring their time with us is truly transformative.

A few of your responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of luxurious spa treatments, including massages, facials, and speciality therapies, with exceptional skill and attention to detail
- Maintain a thorough understanding of spa products, techniques, and industry trends to ensure you provide cutting-edge services
- Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the spa environment
- Contribute to the overall ambiance and atmosphere of the spa, fostering a serene and relaxing experience for all guests
What we are looking for:
- A Diploma in Beauty Therapy or a nationally recognised qualification in in Remedial Massage
- Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster including weekends
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling you to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds
- A strong commitment to professionalism, attention to detail, and a willingness to continuously develop your skills and knowledge
