About the role

As our new Site Supervisor in our Gold Coast branch, you will be functioning as a 2IC to the Branch Manager and together you will manage a team of 7 direct reports, working Monday to Friday.
 

Your primary responsibility is to oversee safety protocols, coordinate daily operations, and facilitate open communication among team members.
 

You will perform a range of duties both hands on and in a more administrative and delegative capacity. You will also serve as a point of contact for our customers and ensure their experience is a positive one.

About your experience

We are seeking a safety focused leader with strong influencing & communication skills and a genuine interest to learn and grow within the industry.
 

• Demonstrated leadership experience in industrial environments.

• A calm and respectful leadership style

• Previous experience in scrap metal industry ideal

• Excellent customer service skills

• Previous experience operating machinery, forklift license (desirable)

• Computer literate - experience in SAP and basic MS Office skills is ideal)
