What’s on offer?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join our team based in Albany. We're looking for a leader who will support and motivate our team whilst ensuring that focus remains on safety, quality, cost and scheduling in the planning and execution of work.

You will be responsible for:

  • Attending/leading daily pre-start meetings to address all site requirements.
  • Scheduling, forecasting, procurement and management of materials, plant, personnel, and subcontractors.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of SWMS and coordinating various maintenance projects.
  • Monitoring weekly/monthly program and identifying delays.
  • Achieving daily productivity targets and monitoring project costs.
  • Identifying hazards and assessing risk through regular safety audits and environmental risk assessments.

What we need from you:

  • Intermediate Civil Supervision including bulk and detailed Earthworks experience and working under live traffic.
  • Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to positively influence and lead a team/subcontractors.
  • Ability to hold pre-start meetings.
  • Active HR Licence and White Construction Card.
