Transcend Group are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant in Adelaide, preferably located in Northern Suburbs of Adelaide but negotiable. Transcend Group is a growing company currently based in Melbourne, Sydney with current expansion happening into Adelaide and Brisbane.

We specialise in consulting services, labour hire and recruitment for blue and white collar industries. We have an established client base across these industries and are extremely busy with temporary and permanent recruitment.   
Transcend will offer you a long term, permanent role, ongoing training and development, career progression and a hybrid working environment.

Key Duties of the role:
  • New lead generation, follow up, Client visits and meetings.
  • Negotiation of fees and quotations for recruitment, labour hire and managed services.
  • Administrative duties in relation to client onboarding, contract administration and integration of new account to the Account Management team.
  • Management of target and KPI fulfilment.
  • Ongoing support to account managers where required.
  • On call support for labour hire and managed service accounts.
  • Networking, events and relationship building, representing the business for labour hire, recruitment and managed services.
  • Office administration, sourcing, and general back-office support.
 
Qualifications & Experience: 
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience including labour hire.
  • Experience in management of candidates through dedicated recruitment software systems.
  • Track record in fulfilment and exceeding targets
 
Functional Skills & Competencies: 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and relationship building.
  • Results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes, practices, and legal requirements.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Demonstrated communication, negotiation, time management and customer service skills.
  • Ability to plan & prioritise multiple projects with minimal supervision.
