What you bring to the role
- Your energy, positivity and passion for the great Aussie outdoors lifestyle

- You reach or exceed sales targets which is on top of your above Award pay
- Your speed to being fit for purpose in the role is matched by your ability to learn new things, skills and our products very quickly
- You have or are open to learning the sales mindset that will support you in communicating our product range with confidence to our customers
- You pick up new systems quickly such as our Vend POS and other processes to support you on the floor and at the counter
- You’re a great team player, upbeat and bring positive energy and professionalism to the store and our customers
- You’re okay with being rostered on weekends and public holidays as needed
- For a Christmas Casual position, you’re open to a short term employment contract that will end on 9 February 2025
What we offer
- Up to $32.80 per hour + penalties + superannuation + commission
- Hands on training from Day 1 to support your success in the role including learning about our amazing products
