Training Advisor SPARK North East Link

The Spark North East Link Design & Construct Joint Venture is delivering the North East Link Program’s $11.1 billion primary package including 6.5km of three-lane twin road tunnels to provide the missing transport link between the M80 and the Eastern Freeway reducing journey times and diverting heavy vehicles away from local roads. Up to 135,000 vehicles will use North East Link every day, reducing congestion in the north-east while maintaining local roads.

About this Opportunity:
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the provision of effective and accurate training services, information and systems for the project are implemented and managed.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the projects meets Major Project Skills Guarantee (MPSG) training targets including the engagement of trainees and apprentices Lead and Coordinate the Spark Project’s Internal Traineeship Program including the Spark Workforce Tunnel Traineeship Lead and Coordinate the onsite Delivery of the Tunnel Traineeship Lead the Project’s Mentorship Program Coordinate leadership and other development programs as required Assist project teams through conducting Training Needs Analysis and propose training that complies with client expectations and relevant legislation for that project. Deliver and assess training solutions for each project team Develop relationships with facilitators and training providers. Implement training schemes and initiatives Where required provide end of month reporting statistics to the Senior Training Advisor and Training Manager Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Communicate expectations for accountability and hold others to account.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build positive working relationships at all levels Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities Strong organisational skills and self-motivatedQualifications & Experience:
