Mobile Podiatrist

We are currently looking for Podiatrists to join established mobile podiatry business in Sydney. We welcome both new graduates and experienced practitioners to apply.
Our client currently has 8 full-time podiatrists on their team and eager to expand by hiring four more podiatrists. The new hires will have the opportunity to cover different areas of the town, with possibility of working close to their homes.
As a Mobile Podiatrist, you will have the opportunity to provide personalised and compassionate care to patients who may have difficulty accessing traditional clinic settings. You will play a vital role in helping patients overcome foot and lower limb ailments, improving their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' foot health, including biomechanical analysis and gait assessment.
- Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to patients' needs, incorporating a range of interventions such as orthotics, footwear advice, and exercise programs.
- Perform routine foot care procedures, including nail care, callus reduction, and wound management.
- Educate patients on foot health, preventive care strategies, and self-management techniques.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly and compassionate demeanor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Podiatry
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Demonstrated clinical experience in podiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and provide a friendly and caring experience.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for home visits.
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile schedule effectively.
