Siebel Application Developers

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Siebel 6, 7, and 8 , and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Siebel applications that meet the needs of our enterprise scale client. Experience in a BFSI (banking, financial services, insurance) business is preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing
Further develop and customize existing Siebel applications to meet business requirements Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical Siebel application solutions Design and implement Siebel configurations, scripting, workflows, and business services Perform troubleshooting and debugging of Siebel applications to resolve issues and optimise performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members Maintain and update technical documentation related to Siebel development projects
Skills and Experience
Significant demonstrable experience as a Siebel Application Developer with expertise in Siebel 6, 7, and 8 … later versions such as 15+ are OK, so long as you are still strong in v6, 7 & 8 Proficient with Siebel Tools and Client in configuration and customization of Siebel Objects at multiple levels like Applets, Business Components, Screens, Views, Tables, Joins, Links, MVGs, Pick Lists, Toggle Applets and Drilldowns Strong experience with Siebel configuration, Assignment Manager, EIM, Workflows, Business Services, eScript Integration experience with Siebel Out of the Box adapters, web services, EAI, SMC, VBC, EBC and JMS queues Strong knowledge of the Siebel Data Model, Databases, MSSQ Server / Oracle Good knowledge and experience with Siebel Call Centre or any Base application. Experience with at least one of the vertical applications e.g. banking, finance module Solution & enhancement development using Siebel configuration, EAI, EIM, PLSQL, Siebel interfaces, and Control-M Migration of Siebel changes from Dev to SIT and through to Production, including postproduction support Experience with supporting large scale Siebel Enterprise installations Programming skills in various languages to develop customised applications and tools to maintain and support the application, scripting experiencing essential Support end-to-end testing Understand & Provide performance tuning solutions for online & Batch integrations Create and maintain Technical Design Documents
