About You

Minimum Requirements:

• MIG Welding/Fabrication experience
• Workshop hand tool experience
• Ability to read and follow drawings
• Competent to work in a team and autonomously
• Ability to complete branch work i.e. branch travel and occasional Saturday work as scheduled

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience with basic truck maintenance, loading and unloading trucks, and inventory control.

Desirable:

• MR License (not essential but preferred).
• Forklift license (not essential but preferred).

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

• Welding and fabricating aluminum and steel components.
• Overseeing basic maintenance of trucks and ensuring efficient loading and unloading operations.
• Managing inventory controls and ensuring the workshop is well-organized.
• Leading a small team, ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance of height safety systems.
