The Opportunity

We are looking for an inspiring leader to join as the State Director for our skilled team of Residential Valuers in South Australia.

  • Lead and Inspire: Supervise and mentor a team of Residential Managers/Valuers, ensuring valuations are delivered accurately, within set timeframes, and in line with client expectations
  • Drive Growth: Support business development initiatives for new and existing clients, contribute to revenue growth, and identify fresh opportunities for expansion
  • Shape National Strategy: Collaborate closely with our National Leadership team on the National Residential Valuations Strategy
  • Champion Excellence: Conduct performance reviews and drive succession planning to build a strong, future-ready team
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure operations are fully aligned and functioning in accordance with all QRM policies and processes

About you:

  • CPV Accredited: Hold current CPV status with extensive people management experience
  • Expertise in Valuation: Highly developed valuation skills in all types of residential valuation reports including complex valuations such as multi-unit, development sites, serviced apartments
  • Quality and Risk Management: Strong experience and focus on quality, risk, and compliance
  •  Passion for People: Foster a positive culture with a strong focus on engagement
