THE POSITION

Plan, supervise, and monitor the food production across functions and retail catering  Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS Lead, develop and inspire a small team of culinary talents Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Oversee inventory, procurement, cost control and minimize food wastage

THE PERSON

Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery An accomplished leader with a stellar culinary track record  Current Working With Children Check or ability to obtain Experienced with both bulk cooking and functions & events catering Experience in leading, mentoring and developing teams Solid understanding of allergen management, food safety and infection control  Able to work Monday to Friday – / occasional weekend function if required
