The Logistics Coordinator (Warehouse) supports the administration functions of the 3PL Manager and Transport Manager. The position works with Warehousing (3PL) and freight companies to coordinate the logistics associated with warehousing and transportation in the Kimberly Clark supply chain. The role requires a very organised approach, strong attention to detail and a well-developed analytical skill.

This Member will make a strong contribution to the high performing Supply Chain – Transformation, Logistics and Planning team and culture within KC.

This role is responsible for.

  • Oversight and control of all inbound and outbound container movements, oversight and control of Inventory in the KCA warehouses

  • Oversight and control of order management process through to revenue recognition

  • Oversight of all 3PL activities

  • Ensure CFI & CoR compliance across the supply chain

  • Approval, accuracy and timely payments of all invoices,

  • Support broader supply chain team with clerical tasks as required

  • Performing cost and service analysis across the inbound, outbound shipments and flows to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Proactively work to identify or work on any CI initiate that delivers improvement to service or cost position

  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities to improve Supply Chain operations

  • Partner with Transformation leaders and project management teams to identify strategically important questions, problems, opportunities

  • Delivery of YOY Cost Transformation Targets across Logistics, Planning and Inventory

  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and customers to deliver success in every project to drive cost and service improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum three years experience in a logistics administrative or import/export coordinator, freight forwarding or Supply Chain coordinator role

  • Experience within the FMCG industry is highly preferred

  • Demonstrated experience in understanding business needs and translating these to analytics solutions

  • MS Office skills in Word and Excel, working knowledge of SAP

  • Strong attention to detail, and problem solving skills will see you in a position to be successful in this role
