Our talented pâtissiers craft each creation with passion and precision, using only the finest ingredients. From delicate macarons to decadent croissants, our pastries are a symphony of taste and texture.

Join our passionate pastry team as a Part-Time or casual Pastry Commis Chef. You'll work alongside our talented Executive Pastry Chef to create mouthwatering pastries and desserts. You'll be responsible for preparing a variety of sweet treats, from classic pastries to innovative desserts. This role offers a great opportunity to learn from experienced chefs and hone your skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Patisserie or equivalent culinary qualification
  • Experience working in a high-pressure, 4-5-star restaurant or resort environment
  • A passion for crafting exceptional pastries and desserts
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
  • A creative flair and a keen eye for detail
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development
  • The flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Full Australian working rights
