About the Opportunity 

We are looking for a Radiology Experience (RadEx) Applications Specialist to join our Qscan National team.

As the RadEx Applications specialist your key objective is to drive the success of Qscan’s clinical applications, using your medical imaging and understanding of Radiology to maximise user results. Day to day you will provide comprehensive support to radiologists in the use of their reporting systems both in person and on-line.

This role is offered on a Permanent, Full Time basis, working Monday to Friday with some on-call and weekends required. Please note regular travel within Australia is a requirement of this role and is funded by Qscan.
As this position is part of our national team it can be located in Brisbane, Sydney or Canberra.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to Radiologist’s queries, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to use of the system, escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team as required.
  • Identify areas where the reporting system can be improved to enhance user experience and efficiency and work with Radiologists to implement enhancements.
  • Conduct testing of the Radiologist systems to ensure that new features and changes meet user requirements.
  • Perform controlled configuration changes to the reporting system to better meet user needs and enhance functionality and ensure changes are communicated effectively.
  • Deliver training sessions to Radiologists to support their use and effectiveness with the reporting system.
  • Partner with stakeholders from a cross functional team, including Radiologists, IT professionals and other business stakeholders

 
About You
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing clinical applications and a strong understanding of Radiology workflows and the ability to drive positive change and improve user satisfaction.

You will also have:
  

  • Experience engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders including doctors, IT professionals and business professionals
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to measure and report on performance metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, IT or a related field.
  • Exposure to InteleViewer, InteleConnect, Karisma, Comrad, Clario, Powerscribe is highly desirable.
