About the role:

Develop the strategy for the inbound sales team and mentor team members to be equipped with the skills and motivation to execute the strategy. You know you are successful when you have exceeded all your budgets and are implementing a plan to continuously improve, you are continually testing new training methods, sales processes and motivational techniques, finding ways to improve the output of your team.

How you will add value:

  • Devising a commercial strategy that will exceed targets for Tradie acquisition via the Inbound channel
  • Optimising the sales process, conversation/scripting and overall strategy to maximise conversion, yield, tenure and optimal product mix.
  • Working with the inbound team to implement and adjust the commercial strategy throughout the month.
  • Regularly coaching and training your team to continuously improve and aware of how their role impacts business strategy
  • Accurately reporting to senior leadership on performance and keeping them updated on the strategy.
  • Managing key daily activities related to your team ie disregarded customer reviews, lead assignment (in collaboration with sales operations), etc
  • Working with cross-company stakeholders to drive revenue growth results from existing Tradies (ie Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, etc)

About you:

  • 1+ years sales team leadership experience
  • More than 5 years of experience in a Sales role
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets
