Join the Central Production team in North Ryde, NSW
Casual Chef 
$30 per hour plus 25% casual loading 

Monday to Friday role (Sundays with overtime, but not essential) Enjoy a staff meal daily, staff parking and an amazing team No evenings

THE POSITION:

Demonstrate a strong understanding of food preparation and presentation Showcase experience in menu planning, cost control and inventory management Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines and cleanliness standards Highlight a creative approach to menu development and a willingness to experiment with new flavours and techniques Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure clear understanding of tasks and goals

THE PERSON:

Bulk production or fast paced restaurant/cafe experience  A minimum of 3 years experience as a chef  Ability to work under pressure and collaborate within a team  Excellent organisation and time management skills
