 As a Technical Program Management Intern, you will design product architecture and develop solutions to complex technical needs, while identifying trends in product quality and performance, to deliver on the roadmap. You will drive continuous improvement in quality, profitability, supportability and delivery, and act as in-house advocate for millions of people worldwide who use Microsoft products. This opportunity will allow you to lead the development and implementation process for products and services that exceed customer expectations, work cross functionally with internal and external partners, and define or change existing features.

About the Program: It's a 12-week onsite internship program. Upon successful completion of the internship, interns may be considered for a return offer based on performance and company needs.

Target Onboarding Time: From Dec.2024 to Feb.2025

Location: Sydney, Australia

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation process for products and services typically involving large, complex cross-functional implementation with multiple internal teams or external partners.
  • Responsible for specific features in our technology solutions for the full product cycle, working on the initial feature planning and design, managing the specifications of development, and monitoring on-going operations to better understand customer experiences.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure our products exceed customer expectations, while delivering on the roadmap.
  • Communicate throughout the process to understand progress towards delivery, technical challenges, and to provide clarity on customer needs using a data driven approach.
  • Demonstrate an ability to learn and adopt relevant new technologies, tools, methods and processes to leverage in your solutions.
