The Role

As a Registrar in this Emergency Department, you will experience a diverse case mix, benefit from a highly acclaimed training program, work alongside skilled and passionate colleagues. You will have the opportunity to rotate through Anaesthetics, ICU, or a connecting regional health service.

  • Approximately 65,000 emergency visits
  • Over 1,600 newborns each year.
  • Operating theatres conduct more than 15,000 surgeries annually
  • Clinics provide over 100,000 outpatient services.
It offers a wide range of services, including emergency care, maternity, women’s health, medical imaging, pathology, rehabilitation, community services, residential aged care, psychiatric care, community dental care, hospice/palliative care, cardiology, cancer services, and renal dialysis.

The Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Current membership of The Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM)
