Our Client is a Tier 1 client in the Financial Services sector. They are looking for a Project Manager to join their greenfield Records Management program. This Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the records management program. This role will require a deep understanding of records management principles, privacy regulations, and data exposure risks.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive records management program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and protect sensitive data.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with data exposure and privacy breaches.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, including data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, APRA).
  • Records Management Strategy: Develop and implement a robust records management strategy, including policies, procedures, and retention schedules.
  • Data Governance: Oversee data governance initiatives to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including legal, compliance, risk, and operations teams.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage various project initiatives related to records management, including system implementations, process improvements, and compliance audits.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management within Financial Services, with a focus on records management and compliance.
  • 3-5 Years experience in Records management and Privacy in Financial Services sector.
  • Strong understanding of records management principles, data privacy laws, and risk management frameworks.
  • Experience successfully managing complex projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly cash and transactional banking.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and industry best practices.
