Legal Counsel - Litigation

We will count on you to:

Assisting with contentious matters, subpoena responses, document reviews, matter management, opinions, client complaints; regulatory complaints, regulatory advice Assisting other lawyers in the team Reviewing and drafting responses to client complaints Managing outside counsel, including spend management and invoicing Assisting with development and scheduling of training Legal Research Liaison with external counsel and other service providers Preparing reports and managing registers Document management General legal duties such as having agreements signed by Directors and distributing appropriate papers Other tasks as directed

What you need to have:

A law degree and qualified as a Solicitor Pro-active and highly organised Thrive in a high-pressure environment Ability to work autonomously and accurately to meet multiple deadlines Strong attention to detail with a high level of writing and communication skills Ability to draft and edit concisely Strong Microsoft Office skills
