  • Control and operate all processing equipment including machine safety
  • Monitor product to ensure its quality and affetti including packing , cool chain hygiene and dispatch
  • Have a sound knowledge of food safety requirements and ensure compliance at all times
  • Handling of Chemicals in a food processing environment
  • Ensure all Quality Assurances records are correct allowing for complete traceability actively monitor for safety issues and rprt to Manger as required
  • Monitor and instruct staff in and around the processing facility
  • Apply Occupational Health and Safety requirements as directed
  • Organise the processing of products as required to meet orders and delivery requirements
  • Liaise with receivals , tuck drivers , processing manager and sales regarding orders
  • Ensure all waste products are handled as per standard procedures
  • Must have a current LF Forklift ticket
  • Must have a current C Class drivers license
  • Must have competent English
  • Must have competent Computer Literacy
  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
