The position:
Working alongside a large and ambitious team, you will be working to a structured roster that will see you:
Contribute to menu ideas that explore fresh and locally inspired ingredients Collaborate with the wider team to create weekly, monthly, and seasonal specials Play a part in monitoring allergen and dietary awareness Be a ‘safety first’ champion, ensuring that you and your team always return home in better shape than when you started your shiftThe Person:

Bulk cooking experience, either within a hotel or a café Will possess a keen eye for detail, quality, and presentation standards Ability to work in a fast paced and high demanding role while maintaining a positive and professional attitude Be willing to adapt to last minute requests with a positive attitude on a day-to-day basis Must have own transport.The Benefits:
