For more than 2 decades they have been providing Aged care support to the communities around Australia.

About the role

They are seeking applicants with experience working in an aged care environment and can demonstrate the characteristics and skills we’re seeking from other areas of experience and who have the following characteristics in Bendigo, Victoria.

You will work together with your colleagues to create an environment where residents retain a level of activity and independence, and are able to participate in a variety of activities and events according to their own interests and wishes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Division 1
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent clinical skill base and knowledge of legislation within Aged Care
• Experience in leading and supervising teams of people
• Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care and ability to work in a team environment
• Provide a valid NDIS clearance check
• Proof of vaccination status consistent with public health orders (includes but is not limited to COVID-19 and seasonal influenza vaccination compliance requirement).
