About the role
We are looking for a Quality Control Associate to support the Qualityteam to facilitate compliance to relevant legislation and standards, throughmonitoring and support of operations staff to undertake required complianceactivities in relation to TGA packaging operations (Primary and secondary).

You will support the Quality team to
Interpret and communicate any changes that could affect Sunnyfield and proactively mitigate and resolve potential compliance issues
Implement and maintain Quality Systems to ensure high product quality in accordance with customer specifications and regulatory requirement
Conduct program audits, participate in relevant external customer and third party audits
Ensure documentation of all customer complaints, deviations, corrective actions and product recalls are documented, reviewed and closed out
Conduct Produce Release for Supply
Ensure equipment and facilities qualifications are performance and validations are completed
Coordinate with Production department to ensure certain shared responsibilities are carried out
Coordinate with Customer Services’ team in the selection, approval and monitoring of suppliers
Ensure regular inspections to ensure compliance
Facilitate staff training to adhere to cGMP requirements and advise staff about non compliances observed

About you
We are looking for someone who has:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the interpretation of cGMP legislation, regulations and procedures
Knowledge of the cGMP and regulatory requirements relating to TGA, APVMA and HACCP
Has experience in negotiating and managing mutually beneficial outcomes
Willing to travel to others sites in Sydney
Tertiary qualification in Science desirable
Understanding and application of PIC/s code
Proven capacity to work in a team environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organisational and administrative skills
Ability to multi task and has time management skills
Well-developed in gathering information, to analyse, interpret, evaluate and inhabits creative thinking skills
Ability to work autonomously, prioritise, exercise discretion and use initiative
Ability to troubleshoot
Knowledge and skills in the principles and practice of quality assurance/control and safety practice.
