Our RecyclingIndustries currently have an opportunity for an experienced ProductionManager  to join our operations. Based out of our Derrimut Head Office andacross multiple Recycling Facilities in the Melbourne metro area.

KeyResponsibilities:

Oversee daily production operations in the recycling facility, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety and quality standards. Develop and implement production strategies to meet company goals and KPIs. Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development. Monitor production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices. Collaborate with other departments, including logistics, quality assurance, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations. Prepare and manage budgets, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing costs. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies. Analyse production data and report on performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the recycling or waste management industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
