Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join Caulfield Community Health Service (CCHS) as a Senior Occupational Therapist. The role involves conprehensive assessment of activities of daily living and appropriate interventions to improve the health and well being of clients from the local community, working as part of a multdisciplinary team. You will also be responsible for providing clinical leadership to OT staff  at CCHS ensuring the ongoing development and provision of high quality evidence based Occupational Therapy Services

Experience and Qualifications Required

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Demonstrate strong clinical and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills
  • Have an ongoing commitment to professional development and continuous improvement
  • Possess a strong consumer focus, keeping the client and community at the forefront of all that we do
  • Be able to work autonomously, managing your own workload effectively, and also collaboratively with colleagues and other service providers to meet common goals
