Join Our Team as a Product Manager at B&D Group

Work with a true market innovator As a Product Manager with us, you will be a big part of our growth journey across ANZ as well as the USA market. This is a rare opportunity to leverage and grow your experience, working with mechanical, electronic and software products. You will influence and drive product direction from idea generation all the way to launch across a broad range of physical consumer and trade products. Balancing both day-to-day portfolio management with longer-term strategies, you will develop into a market expert both locally and globally while driving profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the product portfolio across each market to deliver a competitive advantage.
  • Provide day-to-day support to sales and customer support teams as the product expert.
  • Continually review industry and competitors to stay aware and up-to-date on new product developments or price shifts in the market.
  • Use key project management skills to influence and deliver through others to ensure product changes and launches are delivered on time.

Skills & Experience:

  • Product Management experience in a physical consumer goods environment.
  • Excellent project management skills and commercial acumen.
  • Clear & concise communication with the ability to take people on a journey.
  • Inquisitive nature with a strong ability to problem solve.
