About the Position
Our friendly team based in Eight Mile Plains are looking for an experienced scheduling professional on a permanent full-time basis, to contribute to the delivery of exceptional client outcomes in our community. The role will provide guidance, leadership, quality management and technical support for the Scheduling team. You will also have a direct scheduling role - working within the Procura Client Information System.

About You
With a supervisory background and a passion for caring for others in the community you will offer a keen interest in supporting our clients to live independent and enriched lives.
The successful candidate will have:

Proven experience in scheduling/rostering, planning and extensive Administration management with Procura experience highly regarded; Highly self-managing with the ability to prioritise and balance a full workload in a busy, changing environment Exceptional customer service skills including up-managing multiple senior staff and encouraging your team to do the same A solid understanding of the entire Microsoft Suite with advanced Excel and alpha-numeric data entry Highly developed written and oral communication skills and the ability to relate effectively across a broad range of ages, cultures and socio-economic groups Advanced time management/ organisation skills with ability to be highly efficient, proactive and adaptive Problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills Thrive in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure and within time restraints You will require a current National Police Certificate and a Queensland Drivers Licence. 

Management, Business, or other Leadership qualifications would be highly regarded.
