JOB TITLE - SENIOR QUALITY ADVISOR

The Snr Quality Advisor is responsible for providing Quality related support across the Asset Solution Australia business. 

Responsible for on-going compliance to, and maintenance of Asset Solutions and Project specific Quality Management processes..

Monitor, report, and verify progression of project Quality Plans and associated assurance schedules.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES

Act as project Quality focal point, ensuring implementation of both Petrofac and Client requirements. Prepare, implement and maintain Project Quality deliverables. Ensure the implementation of Project Audit/Assurance Schedule, including internal and external / contractor audits. Assist in the implementation of the Global Business Management System (GMS), including assurance activities to verify compliance against business processes. Manage project non-conformities, investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation, through to closure. Ensure sub-contractors/suppliers are assessed In accordance with Petrofac and Client requirements. Review sub-contractor/supplier quality documentation. Ensure all relevant equipment is inspected and accepted prior to mobilisation in line with Petrofac and project specific requirements. Work closely with external 3rd party inspection providers to engage inspection resources as and when required. Liaise with project team and Quality Lead to ensure all quality related information is reported as required. Track and report on defined Project KPIs on a regular basis. Represent the Company during client and third-party audits. Attend sub-contractor/supplier premises when required to undertake quality related activities (SQM, audit, project meetings, witness testing etc.).

 The postholder is expected to adhere to the IOGP Lifesaving Rules, IOGP Process Safety Fundamentals, Petrofac Values and Behaviours.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICIATIONS & SKILLS

Extensive previous experience in Project Quality role in Oil & Gas industry in either an operator or tier 1 contractor environment, supporting all elements of operations including Supply Chain, Engineering, Fabrication, Maintenance & Integrity, Construction, Drilling, Well Control etc.  Experienced in the International Performance Standard certification assessment process, primarily ISO9001:2015. Qualified Lead Auditor with experience of performing both internal and external audits.  Experience and strong understanding of vendor inspection activities. Have experience at engaging with project leadership teams in order to obtain stakeholder buy-in to on-going project quality activities. Awareness and understanding of documentation and certification requirements for equipment. Understanding of independent verification activities and the role of verification organisations.
