Earth Sciences and Engineering specializes in site planning, spatial information and digital terrain modeling, surface and subsurface investigations, rock mechanics, underground structures, geotechnical laboratory services, flood forecasting and water resource management through our geotechnical, hydrotechnical, and civil site development expertise.

Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking highly motivated Graduate Engineers to join our Geotechnical team, supporting the Earth Sciences group in Melbourne.

As the successful candidate, you will be:

You bring to the role: 

Bachelor’s degree (or working towards) in Civil Engineering with a strong academic record and interest in the Geotechnical space.  Leadership and teamwork skills Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills An ability to think laterally and innovatively Flexibility to travel and work in locations within Australia and Internationally A passion and drive to make a real difference
