About the Role
Due to continued growth, Contract Resources have established a new department within the business to offer support in Maintenance & Asset Reliability. We are seeking a Graduate Reliability Engineer to join the team to assist with the day-to-day functions of Maintenance & Reliability on our equipment Australia Wide. This position may also require travel to Contract Resources Workshops and sites throughout Australia from time to time.
Duties will include but not limited to
- Collect and analyse equipment failure data to identify patterns and root causes of failures
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
- Work with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, operations, and engineering, to address reliability issues and implement solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation on findings, maintenance strategies, and reliability improvements.
Requirements & Experience Needed
- Bachelor of Engineering (Honours), Chemical/Process or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with reliability engineering principles, statistical analysis and database management systems
- Demonstrated commitment to OH&S and sustainability outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including technical report writing
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders
