Position Overview: As the assistant Volkswagen sales manager, you will work closely with our sales team and manager to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include assisting with sales strategies, managing inventory, supporting the sales team, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Volkswagen sales manager in daily operations and strategic planning.
  • Assist in managing the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of Volkswagen products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the buying experience.
  • Help manage inventory levels and ensure vehicles are showroom ready.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless dealership operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably within Volkswagen or a similar brand.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in dealership management software and Microsoft Office suite.
